L'automatisation des machines d'emballage fait principalement référence à l'application de la technologie d'automatisation dans l'industrie de la fabrication de machines,afin de réaliser la production automatique continue d'objets de traitement,optimiser le processus de production automatique efficace,accélérer les opérations de transformation, de conversion et d'assemblage des intrants. 1.Combining actual production and focusing on practicality – the true meaning of advanced manufacturing technology lies in application.The development of mechanical automation technology should be guided by the actual needs and specific conditions of the production and development of enterprises.Only by adopting suitable automation methods for the production of designated products can good technical and social economic benefits be achieved.The development of chinese mechanical automation technology should be combined with national conditions,focus on practicality,produce practical benefits to the national economy.The practice of blindly implementing automation and establishing automatic production lines,the tendency of low-load rate production hastily completed throughout the year should be corrected,the inefficient technical production that cannot significantly promote the national economy should be resisted.
2.Develop the automation technology with low investment and quick results.The development of low-cost automation technology has great potential,broad prospects,low investment,quick results,high degree of automation,will receive twice result with half effort,is suitable for chinese current national conditions and development reality.The LP (Lean Production) model proposed by MIT in the 1990s is a concrete manifestation of the production model to obtain the largest output with the smallest input.It is beneficial to learn from foreign experience in developing low-cost automation technology in machinery manufacturing.Chinese machinery manufacturing enterprises have a large number of universal equipments.While developing modern mechanical automation technology,they should focus on the original equipments,rationally adjust layout of machine tools,add small number of numerical control equipments,introduce CAD/CAM technology,give full play to the creative advantages of computer automation management and talents,jointly form an independent unitized production system centered on people and guided by information automation,providing a new way of development and application of mechanical automation technology with low-investment,quick-acting and high-efficiency in line with chinese national conditions.The local automatic modification of universal equipments is of great significance.Recently,chinese vast township markets and production entities such as small factories,laboratories,tool workshops of large enterprises have a considerable demand for low-cost and easy-to-maintain universal equipments.
3.Combining with chinese national conditions develop modern mechanical automation technology.The realization of mechanical automation is a developing process from low-level to high-level,from simple to complex,from imperfect to perfect.While the operation of the machine adopts the automatic controller,the production method gradually transitions from mechanization to the stage of mechanical control automation,digital control automation,computer control automation.Only after the establishment of automatic factory,production process can be fully automatic,productivity can be improved in an all-round way,advanced ideal stage of automation can be reached.The realization of chinese machinery automation technology should be a long-term process,never overnight.At present,there is a significant gap between chinese machinery manufacturing industry and the world’s advanced level.In view of this general developing “full automation” or “high automation” of computer integrated manufacturing systems does not have the necessary basic technology, experience and investment capabilities.Therefore,the decision on whether to generally develop fully automatic and highly automatic CIMS technology must be made carefully.Fully automatic or highly automatic CIMS technology is not the top priority of chinese machinery manufacturing industry,it can only be listed as the main development direction of machinery manufacturing automation technology.We should develop automation technology for mass production with mature technology.Nowadays,in the production process of continuous flow production of similar products with a large number,the automation equipments still are semi-automatic machine tools,automatic machine tools,combined machine tools and combined automatic production lines,automatic production lines for rotational parts processing, etc.In the production of large quantities of casting,forging,stamping,soudage,heat treatment,assembly etc.,it is feasible to use rigid automation (automatic single machine and automatic production line),which can achieve better economic benefit.For mass production with a large variety,a group section or assembly line consisting of rapidly readjusted equipments,combined machine tool automatic line with a replaceable headstock,short automatic production lines and composite manufacturing cells to achieve group automation.Single-piece and small-batch production should start with the promotion of group production, appropriately develop CNC machine social processing center,pertinently establish some FMCs (Flexible Manufacturing Cell),in order to achieve better economic benefits.As a developing country, the premise of considering production technology issues must be application.Before absorbing Pseudo-FMS,China must ensure the necessary production flexibility,optimize the human-machine interface,pursue automation appropriately,establish a relatively complete information system,fully develop computer management benefits.Advanced automation equipment and common equipment coexist in the system,some parts of the system allow manual intervention – this is a typical automation technology solution that considers national conditions and implements advanced policies.At present, on the basis of absorbing,assimilating and integrating practical automation technology theories around the world,China should strive to develop and innovate based on the actual situation of chinese machinery manufacturing industry,form automation technology theories and doctrines with Chinese characteristics,carry out R&D around the flexible automation technology of computer technology,pertinently realize the re-promotion of practical experience on the premise of application.
